This is the second album by Indonesian acoustic pop duo, Marco Marche. The harmonies of the two singers, Chintana Ayukinanti, a woman of transparency, and Duta Pamungkas, a mild and delicate man, are reminiscent of the Kings of Convenience. The music is composed of a variety of tunes with a pleasant band sound centered on an ensemble of two acoustic guitars, and the sound effects such as rain and birdsong are effectively inserted between songs to create a dreamy world view.

Evergreen Awards 2020! (I just made that up)
Supple and peaceful pop music. It reminds me of the pure joy of music. I want to listen to it when I drive through the mountains with my friends. (The album title is “Down the Valley”, though)
The four of us get in the car and head for the mountains. We pitch our tents by the creek. Playing in the river.
“Today seems like one day?”, you say. I didn’t know when “one day” meant, but “like one day” seemed like a very appropriate expression.
Like one day.
Today like one day. One day like today.
But that doesn’t matter to the present. It’s important that “now” is here.
We don’t have a “one day” or a “someday”, we have a “now” here. That’s enough.
